Portraits
This is by far my favourite type of photography whether it’s an organised shoot, street photography or just with friends. Capturing the essence of people and their emotions will never get tiring.
Wildlife
Sharing similarities with human portrait photography, capturing images of wildlife can be a wonderful source of emotion and action.
However, it’s unique in it’s trait of forcing the photographer to be patient and wait for nature to present itself.
Nature
This is a more relaxing style of photography and yet can still prove challenging.
The photographer must be selective in his subjects and still obey the laws of colour and light to create a striking image.
Street Photography
This can often be one of the most exciting forms of photography and like wildlife allows the photographer to play the “hunter” in search of his next great shot.
Architecture
Capturing buildings can be difficult as it’s easy to depict them as emotionless and boring. However with a deft hand even a simple structure can become an imposing monolith or a quaint cottage.
